The Common European Framework divides learners into three broad divisions which can be divided into six levels. The CEFR describes what a learner is supposed to be able to do in reading, listening, speaking and writing at each level. General English language course at B2 upper-Intermediate is for adults who are confident speakers of English however still feel there’s room for improvement, especially in regard to vocabulary, speaking, listening and writing.
