Most of our students choose our homestay option. Living with London residents is a great way to learn more about the city and British culture. Every homestay is different and we always do our very best to place students in a homestay that matches their needs and to do this we need clear and accurate information from you at the time of booking. We suggest booking your homestay at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival, as that gives us enough time to find the most suitable homestay option for you.
Our homestay families are located all over London, although as school is in the north, we recommend choosing homestay in Zone 3 in close proximity to school. Zone 3 homestays are located in safe, popular areas such as Highgate, Golders Green, Finsbury Park or Wood Green with great transport links in the districts that surround central London. These areas are often sought after by young families as they have the perfect blend of leafy suburban living. Many Zone 3 areas have stylish coffee shops and boutiques, mixed with large chain shops and supermarkets, filled with everyday Londoners going about their daily life. Travelling time from Zone 3 to central London takes (on average) between 35 and 50 minutes.
